idWeb sàrl provides a platform called www.imteacher.eu or .org where consumers can purchase language courses and related products, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All communication between the administrator in the company idWeb and the consumer will be electronic by sending e-mails or posting notices on the site of Imteacher.

A consumer becomes a member by filling in the application section of the website of IMteacher. A member is authorized to legally bind any legal person that it represent. Imteacher's services are reserved to persons who are legally competent to enter into agreements. Imteacher's services are not open to minors under the age of 18, without explicit prior consent of their elders. A Imteacher membership is personal and therefore not transferable. A consumer needs to choose an username, password and have a presentation video as well as a Paypal account in order to fulfil the application.

A consumer will stay responsible for all acts with its username and password. A consumer will take all measures necessary to protect its password. It is not permitted that another person than the consumer enters the website www.imteacher.eu or .org using the username and password of the consumer.

IMteacher.eu or .org is a commercial website. IdWeb sàrl developed the platform and makes it available for apprenants and for teachers. This concept was only developed for a pedagogic usage and for knowledge exchange between teachers and their online students.
Videos, documents, traps reached, pictures, debates, written or verbal exchanges, etc are the only responsibility of their authors.

www.imteacher.eu or .org is strictly reserved for the education of the common subjects.
No usage concerning education can be made there. And an appropriated language use is requiered, because all detected item,content or discussion concerns sexuality, morals, religions, policies or the trade of things are strictly forbidden.
An exception is made for policy and life citizen in dress rehearsal in a pedagogic frame, and of cultural enrichment.
